Dr. Ferschl is extensively involved in furthering the educational experience of medical students, residents, and fellows at University of California San Francisco and was selected for the UCSF Teaching Scholars Program and the 2020 CORO Leadership Training Program at UCSF. She is also a selected Member of the Association of University of Anesthesiologists and the Academy of Medical Educators at UCSF. Dr. Ferschl has been published in both Anesthesiology and Anesthesia & Analgesia, authored several published book chapters, and lectured to numerous national and international audiences.
